It seems that people don't properly think through legistlation and uses of tax money.  They don't think realize the consequences of using tax payer dollars.  For example, lets say that tax payer dollars are used to fund an art project.  Let us then say that I refuse to support that project and consequently do not pay that portion of my taxes.  What is my consequence?  Jail?  Why should I go to jail for not paying for an art project such as that movie where the 12 year old was raped, and yes your tax dollars were used?

When we pass legislation then we must thoroughly think through if the consequences justify the crime.
