Although it isn't a sure thing, by any means there is a distinct possibility that the US Supreme Court could decide whether Washington DC's gun laws are in violation of the Second Amendment. Here are three articles which are very pertinent to this issue.

This first brief article is about now England's gun violence has doubled since they outlawed handguns in 1997.
