A CALL TO ACTION!
More Bias and Lies by the Media
I could write volumes about Liberal Media bias, but I am not sure you would read it. I operate under the impression that those who perceive this bias are already converts and those who don’t, cannot be convinced otherwise. This is the problem in a nutshell. Human perceptions are always problematic. There are so many assumptions which go into our reading of the world, that most are not even aware of the assumptions which they have made. None the less, for those who are interested in this issue I would like to give you links to some great articles regarding this issue. The first is about the New York Times reporter Philip Shenon recent writings which directly contradict themselves within twenty-four hours. I would expect a higher standard from the newspaper of record, but I wouldn’t hold my breath for a mea culpa.

Another very brief writing which points out the incredible hypocrisy by liberals and the anti-war crowd can be found here:

Brent Bozell III is a long time media critic who has a great article about the Democratic condemnation of Rep. Mark Foley while ignoring their abhorrent behavior regarding similar issues from Democratic Party members in the past.

And the best analysis of the media’s sad state of affairs can be found here on covering our enemy and his intentions.

A great answer to the recent selective leaking of a NIE (national intelligence estimate) regarding our war in Iraq and its effect on aiding the recruitment of terrorists can be found here.

And finally a great analysis of the state of morale within Al Qaeda and a refutation that the war in Iraq is a distraction from the war on terror.

I give you these references because I think that they are provide great analysis of our current political situation but also to show you that I do a great deal of research about current events and read political analysis from numerous sources and viewpoints. I hope you will take the time to at least peruse these references and share my writings with more people as we have a great deal of work to do.
