I agree that all soldiers shoudl be honored. I have two brothers in the military. Does this me we should be fighting an undeclared war? I think that they are two seperate issues. Just because somebody disagrees with the war doesn't meant that they are unpatriotic or don't support the military.

mulhollandj You are starting to sound like a broken record. Ok, so the war is undeclared, blame congress! We're there now and must win. What the BEEP do you want? Gunrights was just showing us how we should honor our fallen. The pictures were very touching. Maybe someday Utah could honor our troops as well as they do in Texas!

I was only mentioning that people are often confused with supporting the military and supporting the war. They tend to think that if you do not support the war then you do not support the military. One of the big problems with Vietnam is that when people came home they got mixed messages. Many did not feel like they were honored. The public viewed that war as some place they shouldn't be so when the vets came home many felt as if they had done something wrong. How do we prevent that from happening with this war? How can somebody show their support for the soldiers and still think the war is wrong? How do we get that message to our troops? I personally think one of the greatest services we can do to our military is to keep them out of the greedy hands of the UN.
