A CALL TO ACTION

            Today’s editorial in the HJ from the Boston Globe, is another example how the liberal media sets the debate. Liberal bias in the press is not only in how they cover an issue, but also what they do not cover, as well has how they frame the issue. This is a perfect example. The Major Media (MM) has preferred to call this issue “domestic spying.” Since when is monitoring international calls, between known or suspected terrorist, domestic spying? In the past I have been a victim of “spying” by the Federal Government. This is not domestic spying!!! Notice, the Demos have not really tried to hold hearings on this issue, because they know BEEP well it is legal. This is another example of leftist members of Congress, sacrificing national security for pure political gain. The New York Times withheld this true leaking of classified documents, for eight or nine months. They waited for two reasons. The first was so they could undermine the Patriot Act (because Congress was set to vote to continue this legislation). Secondly, it was so the reporter who first leaked this info. would sell lots of books (since his book was set to be released ). Dean of Watergate fame, was one of the key witnesses in this idiotic hearing. If you are not aware, Mr. Dean seems to have gone off the deep end during the last twenty years of so.

   Key members of Congress as well as FISA judges have been informed about this program since its inception. To show what a weasel Sen. Rockefeller is, he has been informed about this program from the start, yet when it was revealed, he condemned it as illegal. If getting FISA to approve such requests was as easy as those opposed to this program suggest, Bush et al would do that. I will not go into all of the reasons why this is not practical, but let it be known, we would not have been nearly as successful if the Admin. had tried to do this. Now, the New York Treasonous Times, has insured that we will not be nearly as successful in our monitoring of Al Qaeda’s communications as before. Another example of this type of treasonous behavior was when the New York Post several years ago revealed that the CIA was monitoring Bin Laden’s satellite phone. This single fact, probably prevented the US from stopping 9/11.What I think is truly sad about this affair, is that they still do not have a clue as to the destruction they have caused.

            In yesterdays column about the so called Plame affair I forgot to write about probably the most outrageous lie Joe Wilson has told. He claimed that it was he who had revealed, that certain documents obtained in Italy (and probably created by French Intelligence) were fakes. He couldn’t have done so, because these documents were not even known about until at least eight months after his so called revelations. Also remember, that he not only profited handsomely from his book about this issue, but also worked for the Kerry team.

These documents are another example of how the French Government has worked consistently to undermine our Iraqi war strategy solely for financial and political gain. I highly recommend reading the “French Betrayal of America” by Ken Timmerman. He goes into great detail how we have consistently helped the French and how ungrateful and despicable they truly are. The American people do not know what terrible friends we have in the French and Germans. Incidentally, I am wondering when the American State Dept. is going to figure out that Russia is actively working against use as well!
