In this setting it is used as part of a children's TV Show Called Mr. Music and the Earth Fairys (Episode 4 "Let's Learn About Butterflies") In this portion of the TV Show Mr. Music talks about how he went to Africa to help the people of Ghana with. He went as part of a group called America Helps. This Non-Profit group travels to Ghana every year to deliver medical supplies. 2011 they plan to build small medical houses for the people.
